
Samantha Ewen
Director & Principal - LISTD, ARBTA Examiner, RAD PTS & Mentor
Sam trained at The Arts Educational School in London, graduating with a professional dance diploma and ISTD teaching qualifications in Imperial Ballet, Tap & Modern. She is a Ballet, Tap & Jazz Examiner for ARBTA and a Mentor & Practical Teaching Supervisor for the RAD. Sam has been Principal of The Highstone Dance Academy since 1998.

Sian Dempsey
Vice Principal - ISTD, DDI, DDE
Sian started her dance training at Highstone. At the age of 18 she continued her full-time training at North London Dance Studios where she gained her ISTD teaching qualifications in Modern & Tap.

Holly Hillier
Head of Ballet - ISTD, DDI, DDE, RAD, RTS, CBTS
Holly started her dance training at Highstone. At the age of 18 she continued her full-time training at North London Dance Studios where she gained her ISTD teaching qualifications in Tap, Modern and Imperial Ballet.
She holds the RAD Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies is a qualified Progressing Ballet Technique and Acrobatics Arts teacher.

Francesca Webb
ISTD, DDI, DDE
Francesca trained at The North London Dance Studios where she gained a diploma in performing arts as well as her teaching qualifications in Classical Ballet, Tap and Modern Theatre Dance. Francesca has been a valued member of the team since 2006.

Meg Gallagher
Theatre Dance Performance BA Hons, Extended Level 6 Teaching Diploma
Meg began her dance training at Highstone before going to London Studio Centre (Theatre Dance Performance BA Hons + Extended Level 6 teaching diploma). Meg has worked extensively in the music and entertainment industry and has taught children and adults singing, music, dance and drama in a range of educational settings.

Emily Culhane
Emily began her dance training at The Highstone Dance Academy before graduating from The Centre Performing Arts College with a diploma in Theatre Performance and Teaching Studies. She is currently completing her ISTD teaching qualifications in Imperial Classical Ballet, Modern Theatre and Tap.
